[ For someone who worked on a medical airship, Higgs admittedly does not know any advanced medical things. He's an airman, not a doctor. But he does know some stuff, like how to stitch himself back together.
And uh, hopefully rabbits, too. Considering this one appears to have gotten a little torn up somehow! And Higgs must just be that bored, because he's trying to put this big cut in it's leg back together. Good thing he picked up needle and thread after the incidents last month. He probably looks kind of odd, sitting on the sidewalk with a injured rabbit, but he shows no sign of being fazed, as he has his normal stoic expression on. (The rabbit doesn't look disturbed either. It's a rabbit.)
