[ Well, Higgs may have missed the Valentine's Day Event, but on the Weeping Angels he wasn't so lucky. He's back from Westport now, though, just fine (did you expect anything less from this guy?), and doesn't even seem that moved.

[A large fellow will amble by, dressed in his waiter's uniform and newly clean shaven.]

"Ah, good day."

[he favors Higgs with a nod.]

[ Oh hey it's that really huge guy. He nods back. ] 'Nd y'rself.

[ And a second later ] Ery'one made it back from that place, then?

"Yes, that odd fellow with the bow Tie brought us all back. He seemed rather short with all of us. I wonder why."

Hm. Haven't met 'im. I'd think 'd be hard to get a bunch 'o people back after that. [ I mean, he'd be short if he had to do that, too. ]

[he shrugs.]

"True. May I ask how long you have been here?"

Hm. 'Bout a month, I think. [ Exactly a month, in fact. But he hasn't counted. ] Y'rself?

"About the same."

Hm. Heard there's people who've been 'ere a lot longer. [ Like, a year level longer. Hmmm. ]

"There are. I know several of them. This town has... hurt them. The primary danger of this place is the effect it can have on your will over time."

Hm. So none of 'em are actually still tryin' to get out?

"No, they are. It just... wears on people. Breaks down their defenses over time."

Makes sense. Seems like this'ere town just likes to mess with people. [ Perhaps that's why they're there? ]
