Anyone know how to do the layers crap for paid journals?

I have codes for a component layout and I have NO IDEA how to instal them. I have tried going to that component help community and I just get lost and I read the crap that it says to do try it and reda the directions on how to create layers that come with the codes and I just am freaking clueless.

The layout is from french icons so anyone wanna give it a go or can point me into the right direction of where to go to learn how to do this let me know please!

I'm not a very smart girl sometimes...it's too hard for me!
