little updates
Richard asked me to marry him. We've been together for 4 years. The few people I told this to get all happy and sparkly about it, as if it was a sure thing that I would say yes.
But I'm not sure I want to. I'm scared to death about repeating the collapse of a relationship like I did with Michiel. I never want to do that again!
We already live together. I have my own money, he has his money. We have friends, do lots of stuff together and have a great life. Who needs marriage?
I think he does.
On the other hand, when I told him why I didn't want to take The Big Step, he just said, "We don't have to do anything until you're ready."
