Territory
The knife is sharp and true, long-lost memories hitting Sam like a speeding car; two boys claiming the only thing in the world that was theirs.
For Sam the bunker is filled with ghosts of loved ones, too much family history and destiny, too much pain and regret.
But as Sam looks down at the carved initials that he hopes will outlive them, he sees his brother's smile and for the first time he sees home in these grey walls, a sense of belonging flooding his veins, but it will never replace those little boys and their first marked territory.
A/N: I loved every minute of this episode! The story was gripping and full of tension and suspense, the acting by all was very strong, and finally I got what I was craving; a bro-mo that was perfect in every way (I even teared up!) I felt extremely unsettled by Ketch stealing and then staring at the photo of Mary; it felt creepy, obsessive and disturbing. I wonder if that's the angle they were going for or if it was just me? Thank you Show, I want more of these episodes! ♥
