Sweet Dreams
Late that night, looking up at his spinning ceiling fan, bare feet poking out the bottom of his covers, Sam thinks about Eileen, and remembers this feeling; not the worry chewing at his guts, and the fear of what could happen, and not about that niggling feeling that he still has some kind of curse that he can't seem to shake years down the line, but the simple and pure joy of being with someone who makes you smile.
Sam closes his eyes, buries his face into his pillow and drifts off to sleep, a smile tugging at his lips.
A/N: There were hits and misses for me here, but I'll take it as a win. Eileen and Sam couldn't be cuter if they tried, and all the smiles and sunshine just made me all gooey and warm inside and I simply had to drabble it. I loved the Impala POV cam/computer conversation with the boys and Eileen, I loved every Eileen and Sam scene, I loved Mick standing up for himself (but gutted that he didn't at least last another few episodes), and I loved the boys having the colt back and Dean's "Welcome back sweetheart" line. I'm sure I'm not the only tiring of the angel/Lucifer and demon baby momma drama, but I'm looking forward to more! But Show, can I please have a MOTW episode with brothers being brothers - pretty please?
