10.05 Episode Reaction - Yes really, I wrote one...well sort of!
I don't normally do this but I've just finished watching 10.05 and I wanted to squee. So here goes...
I adored this episode! It felt like a celebration of our little Show that we could all enjoy together (writers, actors, fans, etc etc) as a big old spn family.
I'll admit that I got teary at the end. It started when they focussed on Mary singing Carry On My Wayward Son which choked me up, and then we saw the poignant look on J2's faces, and by the time Dean hung up the samulet I was gone.
I giggled, I laughed out loud, I cringed along with Sam and Dean at the start (I think we were meant to do that though, right?), I got a little teary, I got sucker punched right in the feels, and I just really really enjoyed watching it. I feel like I've just fallen in love with Supernatural all over again.
So thank you Show, you kicked it in the ass!
