I am trying to move out of my house right now because I just decided I need to live alone.
I am desperately trying to find someone who needs a place to live and will take over my lease.
The house is $500/month. It's a duplex right off of 5 Points. Two minute drive to USC campus. Very clean inside and in a safe neighborhood. The bedroom is large. There is a full kitchen/dining area and a spacious living room. The back and front yards are huge with tons of privacy. Parking on property.
The roommate would be Blake. He's very quiet and keeps to himself. He's a gay male and he works as a producer for WIS.
