WOW! BLOWN AWAY!!!!
So I went to the St. Andrew's Exchange meeting on Tuesday (yesterday), and it was breath taking. The campus (which is actually the city) looks gorgeous. So small, and intimate and just beautiful! With only 6000 students making about 1/3 of the city's population, 15% of them are international. The experiences I will have, the different people and cultures I will get to know will be uncomparable to anything else! I want this SO badly. It's such an amazing opportunity. Scotland looks like an amazing place, and I've always wanted to travel in Europe. Unforgettable! I'm SO excited. I want to start my essay and filling out my supplementary application right away!! But first, i have to keep up my grades, suck up to a couple TA's and professors for some good reference letters and get involved like CRAZY. I'm pretty sure they want someone with good grades, but also a good student all around. Like, which good involvement, with the school and in the community. I'm well rounded. I can do this. They might pick me. Hahahaha... I wish. Ok, so i think my chances are better because I'm a guy, and there were less guys at the meeting. What did we calculate it to Vanessay? 50+40 = 90% chance of me going?? HAHAHAHA Oh man. Who else can say they went to the same University as the Prince of England? Like only 6000 students in the WORLD! wow.... just wow. I need to get this. I need it. I will not let this opportunity slip through my fingers. Dedication is my middle name.
