If you're in central Texas, yes, the snow is melting, and pretty much off the roads & parking lots.
Except, it isn't all gone in some spots.
Places to be cautious about include parking lot areas on the north side of a building, possibly street areas on the north side of a building, if the building is tall enough and close enough to the road, and road surfaces under bridges. Additionally, if something was parked in a parking lot this morning and just vacated the spot recently, there will likely be a lot more frozen stuff in that spot than the ones that have had a longer time to be exposed to the sunlight today.
The amount of traffic that's gone over the under-bridge road surfaces probably has some impact as to how bad they are now, but my direct observations have not given me enough information to state that it must be so.
