miami vice SUCKED
i was genuinely excited to see this movie. i love me a good action movie. and this one was not. it.
first of all....it was love story-y. wtf. sure add a love....thingie... in there if thats what that was...but really? REALLY?!
im not gonna go into detail and tell you everything that sucked about it. you can see it for yourself but this basically sums it up
-it was slow. which is weird considering this is suposed to be an action movie
-it was hard to follow. i know your thinking "caitlin..how can it be slow, and hard to follow at the same time? shouldn't the slowness make it easier for you to understand?" yeah...no. im always one of those people who are on the ball when the watch a movie. i dont ask questions - i know whats going down. first 20 min....no idea whose who or whats what or what the hell just happened. for some reason it way hard to understand what colin and jamie foxx where saying in their macho man speak.
i know im only making the comparison b/c bad boys 2 was on tv the other day...but if you want to see a cop movie set in miami with drugs and shooting - def watch that instead. even the plot was better.
damn you miami vice. i wanted you to be good.
( in other unrelated news...castro is dead, dying, something of that nature? my grandparents are all excited and called the house to spread the good tidings. apparently his bro is taking over and hes less strict. whateve he fucked up alot of peoples lives-glad hes gone.if it weren't for you id have grown up having a pony and 3 summer houses. peace castro. keep the pony but you owe me a summer casa bro.)
