Did I guilt you into updating? lol

That waiter might be seeing someone, but maybe it's not serious. You could always chat him up and find out.

That other guy sounds like a complete moron! In no way are you shallow. He is!

We call ladybirds "ladybugs". I've never heard of them smelling. lol

Lol, just a co-incidence. I came on to update anyway (and vent about Mr Fuckwit) but I always read my flist before I do just incase there is something that might need to be addressed in my post (like a spoiler for Lost etc ( ... )

So, are you going to try and find out if it's serious?

Wow. That guy totally reminds me of a guy I ran into years ago. What a moron. *shacks head*

I didn't know they had a yellow 'venom'.

I would like to. But I don't really know how to do that without it making it look like I'm making a move on some other girls man.... Although, technically he doesn't know i know so maybe could plead ignorant?

I know. The most worrying thing is that he appears completely normal. There is no outward sign that he is of freakish nature. Maybe they should be branded or something with a big fat F so that he doesn't ensnare some poor unsuspecting girl.

Well, its a yellowy orange gunk...I think it's either to ward of predators or poo. But it has a dodgy smell. Although having just googled it, it seems to be:

As a defence mechanism many ladybird species exude a yellow fluid (called reflex blood) which has an unpleasant acrid smell, and which can stain soft furnishings

I'm glad I've found that and it seems to be a fact not something my brain has made up to make me sound like a fool :P Whenever i mention it people just seem to laugh at me...well, at that and my pear-phobia.

You'd just have to make casual conversation with him and somehow bring it up. Maybe say, what does your girlfriend think of that? Or something and then go from there.

LOL That's why you have to get them to open their mouths, so you can find out what's behind them!

Interesting. Maybe you have a different species from us.

Erm, pear phobia?

That's not actually a bad idea. I'll have to try that sometime! I find it odd though cause he was still quite flirty even though he has a girlfriend. Like I saw him day before found out he had a girlfriend and he asked what had been doing and said went to see Tina Turner. He was like 'Really?', and I admitted that I was a complete geek. He then replied that I should have told him and he would have come with and if I do something like that again to let him know ( ... )

Well, maybe she's not a serious girlfriend. Who knows.

I just say you can't judge a book by its cover.

LOL Maybe so.

What caused you to have this fear of pears?

Fingers crossed, eh?

Very true and very wise!

I can't pin point an exact thing that caused it. But I know I hate the taste. But it's like the sound I really have issues with. Pears look like they should be the same texture as an apple and therefore, crunch but instead they're kinda mushy and go 'phuufttt' when you bite into them. They also have dodgy skin and are a crazy shape....I truly believe they started out as apples but mutated. I guess with that reasoning it kinda makes sense as am a big germophobe and pears with their mutatedness and gross skin look very germy....

Sure thing!

I always feel so old, when people say I'm wise. lol

Wow. That's interesting. I've never known anyone so freaked by pears. I happen to love them.
