i feel like i have a million things to do and not enough time to do them. when i stop and think about it i'm not really as overwhelmed as i feel like i am. so how do i stop feeling like this? i made a list of what i have to do and when it needs to be done. maybe if i work on that list tomorrow (my day off) i can end up feeling more in control. i'm really determined to make this move while maintaining my mental health, but i can tell already that's going to be hard. *deep breath* i can do this.
