Why is it that I can't recycle Tully's cups... inside the Tully's?

You mean the plastic ones? I wish that too. I always have either the plastic starbucks lids or the cold drink cups in my car until I have a chance to rinse them out and throw them in the apartment recycling bin. Which I fear only takes out the CRV stuff, but thats just paranoia on my part.
