disconnect

At first I felt a little unsure about canceling our landline. It's nice for people to have a back up method of calling me, especially since I often have cell issues in the house.

But, you know, considering how long it has taken me to get through to Verizon, and how long I have been on hold trying to cancel this damn thing, and how AWFUL their hold "music" is (fake talk shows talking about fios and bimbo housewives talking about how tech support uses language "even I can understand"), I've had enough. I think I'd rather not be a customer. It's like anti-advertising.

[Agh... back on hold... listening to Susie and Carol of "Happy Household"... kill... meeeee]
