I'm new to the comm, so forgive my ignorance - have you ever done a gif/macro of Rachel's most awesome "Government... *is*... FAIL" moment, referring to Bobby Jindal's reasoning/speech? It was the night of the SOTU-that-wasn't-a-SOTU (Feb 24), and it was around 11:36 that night, since Rachel's show got bumped by the speech/response. If you've done one and I've missed it, links are grand... and if not, and you could/would, I would love you forever.

I don't have the podcast from that night, but I'll see if I can gank it from someone. Worst comes to worst I'll use the online segment, but the podcast is a lot better quality. :) and thanks!

(that whole month I had a computer debacle, the earliest podcast I have on this machine is 3/11.)

excellent, thanks! Sorry about the computer issues. I'm currently on a very very old, nearly-dead laptop that's on about its 9th life, so I totally sympathize. :) Otherwise, I'd probably have that podcast saved somewhere and could send it over; but this dino won't hold up to such sophisticated endeavors, lol.

if you don't mind me asking, did you get them from an archive somewhere? I ask because I missed an episode of Countdown and The Rachel Maddow Show last week and want to download them, but haven't had any luck finding them anywhere.

Question for you: You wouldn't happen to know where I could find Countdown and TRMS for Monday, May 18th, would you? I could have sworn I downloaded the podcasts, but I apparently didn't. :(

I don't know if there is a community out there somewhere that might have them, but if you could direct me to any place I could find them I would be most appreciative. :)

I got the podcast, idk if you just wanted the "FAIL" or the whole sentence or what. I made just "fail", if you want the other it'll be simple, I just have to add captions.

And yeah, I've thought about that. Had you done one with the full quote, I would have kept it to my personal LJ, cause everyone who knows me knows I'm a socialist commie bleeding heart liberal (and a kinktastic crip activist... who ran for school board in a red state), so they would have known the spirit in which to take it.
