Almost there!

Yay! It's Wednesday, which means my week is half over, woot! It's Finals week for me, so it's been study study study, for the most part that is.

Friday: Unlike many of my fellow Gauchos, I didn't waste away my Friday procrastinating studying. I did hardcore studying for my Spanish Final this previous Monday. With a half hour break for dinner @ 6:30, I studied from 4:30 to 8pm. Ugh. It was good for me, I guess. Just tiring as hell. I unwound from my studies by reading. I got laughed @ about this. Reading for fun is soooooo very different from reading for a class. For me anyway. Reading fro enjoyment is an escape for me. So I did that til about 11pm. Sorta kinda can't remember what I did after that. I hung out w/ Rame for an hour, maybe? Meh, anyway, I know I talked to hjim @ some point cause we planned on going to State Street the next day to study and shop.

Saturday: Had brunch w/ Rame and Elspeth, and some of Rame's residents. Our departure for DT SB got delayed, however, due to a minor resident crisis that Rame had to deal with. We finally got down there around 1:30-2ish, and wandered in a few shops so he could find a present for antoher RA in the holiday gift exchange thing. Afterwards, we snagged a table in the Paseo Nuevo area and studied until 4ish. By that point it was getting pretty damn cold, so we retreated to the cafe area in Barnes & Noble, and studied until 5pm. Hit up a couple more stores on our way back to the bus stop, then caught the bus home. I attempted to study for a bit more about an hour after getting back, while doing some laundry; didn't go over well. I slipped into panic mode. Called my mom for stress relief, and then called Maria, still not feeling any better. She insisted I come over and stay the night, to relax and have fun. Rame came along, and Justin dropped by Maria's house minutes after we got there, so it was fun goofing around, chatting and teasing each other.

Sunday: Maria, Rame and I headed for downtown again, to do more studying. Maria had offered to help me study for Spanish, since she'd taken some of them. Oh yeah, my mom also called me sometime that morning, to check up and see if I was doing better. OMG, SO funny! She called me psychotic, lol! She's never in her life used that word w/ me, and I could never ses her using that word. I cracked up so bad when she said that, it was hilarious. Anyway, we studied semi hardcore until 4:45pm, and then shopped around until we had to be @ the bus @ 5:54pm (the last one back to campus for the night). The bus ended up being 7 minutes early, and we got there just as the driver was closing the doors. We got on, and two minutes later, he drives off. EARLY. He left the bus stop @ 5:50. He still had 4 minutes to wait for other people to get there.

Monday: My Spanish final was @ 8 frickin am, ugh. It took me two hours to finish. It was frezzing in there too, cause they left the doors open, so I was all tense. I got out of there and my neck was KILLing me, oi vey. But it was over with, I had survived, and most of all, I didn't care anymore. hehehe.

All other thigs that have been going on, or that I've done are just details, not too interesting, not too boring. Totally nailed my Religous Studies final today, and even better, I got my paper for the class back after I turned in my test. It's worth 40% of my grade; I got a 97%!!! wheeeeee, so happy.

That's about it, I guess. I leave for home sometime this weekend; not sure if I'm riding w/ Gennie, or if my family is driving down. Anyway, hope everyone else is doing well. Bfn.
