Just a Saturday :)
Good Evening Everyone!!!
It has been a great day here at the de Forrest residence. We haven't really done anything in particular but any day that we get to spend together is a great day. I've done a little bit of laundry and cleaned up a bit. We have a 3 day weekend so I'm not going to stress myself out getting everything done in 1 day. HeHe!! Tuesday will be the only day that we are working next week and then we are gone for 6 days!!! I can't wait. I love hanging out with my family and just having fun! Of course we have to bring a computer though because I don't think I can handle being without email or WOW for that long. I need to help Madelynne level up to more around my level so she can quest with me again. I love helping her but her idea of playing that game and my idea is totally different.
Right how my kiddo and honey are in there watching Blade Trinity. Yuck! For some reason I just can't get into it. When a 5 year old thinks it's funny and begs to watch it you know it can't be a very good movie. I'm in here in the office typing away on my new computer that my computer genius of a husband got me for Mother's Day. I LOVE IT!!! It is just awesome. I really don't trust my laptop anymore. Of course it's new since the old ones harddrive crashed but I just don't trust it the way that I trust this one. Of course it's no where near this machine either!! Every Mom alive wants a gaming computer for Mother's Day right? I will be doing my scrapbooking and web designing stuff on it too. I can't wait to get back into it. We finally found my Dreamweaver disks and when I get back from vacation I am going to try my best to do a complete redo of Madelynne's website and get it back up and running. I won't even bother giving out the password to new people because I just don't have anything new up.
Miss Madelynne's graduation was on Thursday and as usual she stole the show. She has to be the center of attention and I love it! Virgil and I just sat there and beamed like the proud parents we were. I worked out a deal with her Kindergarten teacher for this summer and I am just over joyed! Miss Ludi will either come to my house or I will drop Madelynne off to her everyday. She is going to be Madelynne's private tudor/babysitter the whole summer. I just can't wait. Miss Ludi is just awesome and I know that Madelynne is going to be the smartest kid in her class next year. Miss Ludi already has tons of stuff planned for them and I know that it going to be loads of fun!! I'm so thankful to Virgil for helping me make it happen. Of course it's more than any summer camp that we would put her in but the rewards will be greater than any amount of money. Also when school starts back in August I will be leaving work at 3:30 to pick her up directly from school. How great is that?!?! I am so very fortunate to be able to work with such a great company that will pay me a wonderful salary and let me pick my own hours and work with me. Virgil is excited for me because he knows I have been looking forward to this and I am on cloud 9!!
Well Ladies and Gentlemen I am out of here for now. We are going have Tara and David over some this weekend and I need to get my butt in gear getting my chores done.
