Productive couple of days!
I've had a very productive 2 days. I did some shopping yesterday *before* work(if you know me, this is unheard of - - I sleep until the last minute). I also went by and paid on some of J's tests done at Appling County Hospital(their billing department is horrible - - we get 2 and sometimes 3 copies of the same bill, and in person, they are *slow*), went by Dr Cuesta's office to get them to fax a release to Vidalia ENT so J can have his surgery(we've been trying to get this for nearly a month). I went by Goodwill, then on to work.
This morning, I stayed up after J left and did two loads of laundry, baked a 7 Up cake and boiled chicken and eggs for the chicken pot pie for tomorrow's reunion. While all that was cooling, I went on a fruitless search for a new shirt to wear to the reunion(why do people seem to think fat chicks all like hideous designs on shirts? They're all either like abstract art, or there's sequins, or some type of metal adornment.) I had a fruitful search for skinless cracklings for the crackling bread I'm making in the morning.
I came home, had lunch, iced the cake and baked the chicken pot pie.
And I cut grass!
All these accomplishments are my good things for today.
