My yesterday
Despite how disappointed I was in our productivity level today, yesterday afternoon was awesome. I sat with the babies, I did laundry, I did dishes, I crushed cans(all our barrels are full, so I'm freeing up space), then I came inside, had a much needed shower and relaxed. J went to bed super early. I fixed coffee and had a walnut pistachio muffin and watched The World According to Garp, which remains one of my favorite book-to-movie translations. The cast is amazing. I know it's shocking, but I've never been a huge fan of Robin Williams in comedic roles... he's always so manic and over the top. But in Garp and Dead Poets Society, he was so good. So, that's how I ended up staying up until after 11, and didn't get back up(despite Bucky's protests) until 9:30 this morning. J got up before me!
