My day
I had a nice day, but I am so sleepy! After I got home yesterday, I made chicken salad and 7 Up cake, because I went to visit my aunt Mary today. She always talks about how much she loved Mama's chicken salad, so I tried to duplicate it. It was after 11 before I got everything done and had a shower.
I got up at 5:45, and around 8, I was, in theory, watching one of my favorite X Files eps, "Tunguska." But Squeaky and I were asleep right after Skinner handcuffed Krycek to his balcony.
I got going around 9:30. First I had to get gas and of course, a fountain Coke. I took the Jacksonville highway, and it's been so long since I went that way, everything looked really different. especially close to Rhine. A whole new house has been built since I was there.
I got there around 11 and had a nice long visit with my aunt. We reminisced and cried a little, too.
I headed home around 1, but I had several stops along the way and it was like 3:30 when I got home.
After J got home, we ate and watched song reactions and nearly fell asleep again. One more song reaction and I'm going to bed.
