My day
Y'all, I had a really nice day. I worked my ass off, but it was nice. I took a much-needed day off from work so we could do stuff here and because I needed it. I'm literally so annoyed with our idiot customers that I'm saying stuff out loud that I should only be thinking. Thank goodness for self-absorbed customers and my mask.
Anyway, I'm getting ready to plant my veggie seeds, so we spent the whole day outside getting my buckets and containers ready for when I transplant. We also threw away stuff(I'm shocked, too), moved some stuff to the far side of the storage building to get it out of the way, and just generally tidied up stuff.
We also cuddled Lily a lot, and played with Butterscotch and his beloved fishing pole. We've been getting him used to us, and today it paid off - - he let us pet him! And Vinnie got to play with the fishing pole, and, even though she's still skittish, she let J touch her.
It was a beautiful, downright hot day, but I loved it. I was so tired of winter, mild though it was, and wanted to be outside.
