Mr Jonathon Cainer Your Week Ahead Part One: Nobody's reading this page over your shoulder are they? OK. Good. Then, just between you and me, let's concede a secret. You are not perfect! Nor is that anything to be ashamed of. You are not supposed to be perfect. None of us are. We are humans not machines. We have emotional weaknesses, unreasonable preferences, illogical loyalties and, occasionally at least, we want what we cannot possibly have, Better that than to have what we cannot possibly want! It is fine to feel whatever you feel now - as long as that feeling is not one of guilt or shame. For this week, other than the fact that you are not perfect, all is pretty much perfect!
Your Week Ahead Part Two: Don't make a superhuman effort to sort out your problems this week. Steady, persistent energy is better than a sporadic explosion of enthusiasm followed by apathy. Set yourself a list of 'targets' or goals. Move systematically through each item on the agenda, regardless of whether it brings a roaring success or leads to a depressing dead end. Go as far as you can and then go on to the next thing on the list. Don't be passionate; just be persistent. Don't be upset by what anyone says or does... just be sure of what you trust. And go easy on yourself. if you keep trying to do what's right, you will succeed. It's that simple.
