Hmm
I just rediscovered I have a livejournal. :-P Well no, not really, but I decided that since I enjoy reading peoples' livejournals so much I should contribute right back. Today I got almost nothing productive done; I've been lonely since yesterday, an effect of my 3 roommates having their respective 3 girlfriends over, not to mention one of them noticing aloud, "Hey, Kevin's girlfriend is the only one who isn't here!". Right. I know guys. Thanks a load.
The result being every time I think of getting something productive done, I realize that the game I'm playing or watching or whatever is a much better distractor and if I were to actually do work I'd probably get even more depressed. *sigh*
Looks like I'm following in a trend I observed when looking back through my journal of writing when I'm depressed and not when I'm happy; I had a total of 1 moderately happy entry, a couple neutral entries, and a lot of depressed ones. Luckily I think the people who read this know that this isn't (at least not this year really) an accurate distribution of my moods. Ah well.
I'm also going to go back to an old habit of mine, and start looking for quotes online. I'll copy in some that strike me, though in the mood I'm in I can't promise they'll be happy.
