nevermind.
I will say this: I wish the City Police would just stop me and tell me "you've been chosen to donate 50 dollars to City Police this year. You must pay or we'll seize your license and vehicle." kind of like jury duty, you know? like you just have to do it.
at least be HONEST about it. youre just after my money.. i didnt park incorrectly, i dont drive that fast, i dont present any harm to anyone.
they threaten to take ur car if you dont pay a parking ticket...
how are you going to take a 15000 car because i didnt pay a 25 dollar parking ticket. its not even yours to take, like a license or something.
i got a ticket for facing the WRONG way when i parked at a parking meter. what does that even mean. randa tried to explain it to me but wtf does that even mean. how do you face the WRONG way. why dont you put a sign telling me which is the "correct" way to face my vehicle because I'm apparently too ignorant to figure it out on my own.
