At the mo I'm strangely sanguine about it, probably because my bank have been so good! The first dodgy transaction is being refunded and when the next one clears (apparently it has to...) then if I ring fraud again they'll refund that one. There will be paperwork to do, yessum, but at least it's simple. Meanwhile I've switched my forthcoming ASDA delivery to my credit card. Wot larks!

My bank's fraud team have been very good, so far. The first dodgy transaction (some gambling site) is being refunded, and when the next one that is pending clears (as apparently it must), if I ring them again, they'll sort that out. There will be paperwork, but they assure me it's routine. This is such a common occurrence I know, but I still want to get my hands round the neck of the waste of oxygen that's done this.

Ah bugger! It's a pain isn't it? Thankfully the only time it happened to me it was a credit card and I worked for the bank that issued it which made things easier. I'm glad your bank are dealing with it well. Hope it gets all sorted soon.
