Another nightmare... this one wasnt like the other ones... this one played with my head IN THE DREAM. Its was just a giant psychological attack... I dont know what to do anymore... I dont wake up rested when I have these nightmares, thats why I'm always so tired... its to the point that it's crippling...
I just woke up and I want to go to sleep again...
[Edit 8:30] I dont know how long the nightmares have been going on for... a few weeks now probably... They've gotten more and more frequent... It used to be once in a while... then everyday... now its anytime I close my eyes...
