Stoners Screening
Well, it's apparently time for another of my sporadic updates....
We learned this week that the Stoners premiere will be at the Coney Island Film Festival, most likely on Saturday, October 2nd. Needless to say, I am very excited and will be travelling for the first time this year to attend the screening.
I've done a bit of tentative planning with kingo regarding hotels and possibilities for dinner/drinks/dessert before and/or after the screening. So far, the only out-of-towners that I'm sure will be there are Rod and myself, though we suspect that Scott will most certainly be there, too. (I'm thinking that Dark-O-Clock may make another appearance, and it sure would be nice to see Ray come out of Winnipeg, though that's a long shot...) If any of you Stoners are planning on attending and would like to know what we've talked about, write me -- we're just not sure that there will be enough of us there to need to coordinate much of anything, so planning is very loose at this stage.
I find it somehow appropriate that our premiere will be at the Coney Island Sideshows by the Seaside. Freaks and geeks... ;)
