Yesterday was exhausting, a 2 and a half hour marching practice before the game. The game was pretty boring too, the other team (Windsor Forest, it's around Savannah I believe) didn't even bring their band and their team was a total pushover. We won with a score of something like 35 to 6. Yong showed up at the practice and the game, so that was cool. I lent him my Sousa on the way back to the bus and we all played a most awesome run of Sousa Call (note: Sousa call is basically our section's theme song that Yong taught us.) We can play Sousa call pretty well without Yong, but there's definatly something missing. Mostly the eardrum-splitting loudness.
I did some more driving today. I mostly cruised around the neighborhood and up and down Feagin Mill. Then I drove to Music Emporium and browsed around. I finally bought Piper at the Gates of Dawn (Pink Floyd's first album from their Syd Barrett days) Wonderful album, really.
