ThursArt: The Devil in the DTV
Digital Television has it's own fun set of problems. Sometimes, I miss old TV as it was still watchable when you had bad reception sometimes. With DTV, it's like your DVD is skipping all the time. Our DTV box, personally, has a bit of ego. Sometimes it will have bad reception until you PAY ATTENTION TO IT, which usually means patting or stroking it, and then it's fine. Sometimes it will make you sit or stand in a specific spot to work like you're in time out.
And most rarely...it will lose track of the proper sound and make everyone sound like Satan. Possible, the DTV box is possessed, I'm not sure. I have wacky electronics.
Glad I fixed it, though. I would have been VERY sad to have missed Fringe.
I'm working on an illustration for a Children's book cover (and possibly some spot illustrations). Not 100% sure I'll be able to post it, but we'll see.
Since I forgot last week...have some more re-drawn thesis work.
