I'm moving in on the 29th.
Headed to Portchester and picked up Bennett. Gave the security deposit and then headed to the apartment to show alex and benett. I wasn't wearing my contacts, I can't see shit, so I led them to the wrong apartment. Then i realized that I told the lady the wrong apartment that I wanted to move into. While in there, I headed to the other apartment that I had originally seen. The door was locked but it was basically the one that we saw, except that the 2 bedrooms were of equal size but larger than the small bedroom we saw yesterday. And there was a stove in there.
After we looked for a place to eat. To my surprise, the train station and various restaurants and such of portchester is about a 20 minute walk from the apartment. That was good to know, that one day If I'm walking through Portchester and I want to go to manhattan on a whim, I could easily just hop on a train and go. The Liquor store is close, the pizza is good, I saw an argentinian steak spot right across the street. Seems like a good place to live.
We got back at around 6 and I did the usual which is kill time by being on the computer and do nothing. Put me in a bad mood. Ate dinner, took a sleeping pill and knocked myself out.
Today I ran 2 miles continuously. I called the landlady and told her about my mistake with the apartment. She said to take care of it because it's a new apartment. Yesterday as I was looking for a picture of the apartment complex to figure out what the number of the apartment building was I stumbled on a PortChester town meeting PDF from '95 that stated that the building was not up to code, and that it needed renovations before one would be allowed to live there again. Hopefully these new apartments are those up to code renovations. And if they are, it's taken them 11 years.
I withdrew from housing. All I need now is to take out my loans and I'm done.
I didn't read any lewis and Clark, my head is wandering too much today and yesterday I was out. I'm sure they kill more snakes though.
I should buy some sleeping pills and just pass out till I have to move, because this shit is getting shitty shitty shitty fuck shitty boring shit
