African American Final
So for my final in my African American Studies class, I have to write a paper. It should be less than 3 pages long, but here's the question. it's got me a bit baffled:
You recently applied for a position as a Research Officer at the Center for Black Culture at WVU. During the interview, a question was asked on how much you know about issues concerning African Americans and people of African descent. Drawing on the lessons from class, briefly discuss your perceptions of issues relating to Blacks prior to taking this course. Also, discuss how the course may have reinforced or changed your earlier perceptions.
Black issues? Wtf does that even mean? How can I come up with something that isn't a lie and/or makes me sound like a racist? lol
