Oh, Moffat, you are a wonder. You bring tears to my eyes with your epic levels of WIN. An entire script based on the idea of the evilness of SPOILARZ, as well as creepy little girls, carnivorous shadows, a library planet, and Donna being OMG SO TOTALLY JEALOUS of another woman being in the Doctor's life.
See, THAT's how you create a would-be Mary Sue and make it into something better. I never really felt the Jenny love, but I'm jumping on board the River Song train without hesitation. But her name will always be either Alex Kingston or Dr. Elizabeth Corday in my mind, because they're much less silly and fic-ish names, and because she was freaking awesome in ER.
Hoping that Donna being "saved" means that somehow she'll be, uh, salvageable. For some odd reason I'm not as horribly worried about her future as I think I should be right now.
