Here's a simple thought for this week. Don't settle for mediocrity. Don't stop now. Look for ways to go beyond. Push yourself to a new level and you will not only be encouraged but you will inspire others. God wants you to go beyond where you are. He wants to show you great and mighty things. Resist the temptation to settle for less than all that God has in store for you.
Apply this truth to every area of life. Pushing forward applies to work, personal development, relationships, and to everything. [With school] Spring fever begins to set in and everyone wants to be finished. Run the race to the completion. Don't give up when you are so close to the finish.
Ask God today to help you become someone who does not settle for the ordinary. Ask Him to make you and your family extraordinary! Be a family that shows forth love for one another, a family who serves others, and a family that knows the importance of godliness.
Press forward and do not quit no matter what. Run to the Savior and ask for His help. Seek others to encourage you. Don't forget how important it is to spend time alone with HIM. Listen carefully for the whisper of His voice. He wants to speak to your heart but sometimes His voice is very soft.
