(no subject)
happy 2005! (though my journal is now 2006).
i spent my new years awesomely in Wien, getting wasted on Absinthe. (ok i actually had like 3 sips and wanted to die, so i got wasted on beer and vodka- im so white bread---or white bred? i dunno the expression)
mike and i made friends with some viennese guys, one of which was in a gang, but they dont use guns, he assured me, only baseball bats, and only to kill nazis. but they dont really kill them, just beat them up.
and he bought us red bull and vodka.
im now his sister, and mike is his brother, so that worked out well.
the other viennese guy worked for Xerox. which was somewhat of a disappointment after talking to gang guy.
today we got out of bed at like 3pm, which was awesome. so far, 2005 is looking pretty good, i must say.
we ate sausage and pizza and roasted chestnuts, it was so austrian, too bad we didnt have schnitzel.
everyone exploded fireworks EVERYWHERE, i thought i was going to die a bunch of times, it was very exciting.
