Wow. Why did no one tell me that my family's cable had those features?! Last night, a bit past midnight, I made the incredible-but-also-rather-unfortunate discovery that with Comcast OnDemand, I can watch episode after episode (after episode) of Sex and the City, free of charge. After I realized this, of course, I stayed up until about 3:30 AM watching the crazy antics of Carrie and the girls. I totally wish I'd known this earlier.
Oh, and I also watched an episode of The Tudors. Every time I read or watch anything about Henry VIII, my heart just breaks for poor Katherine of Aragon. She really got the short end of the stick.
The point is, Comcast OnDemand is an amazing magical box in my house, and allows little magical people inside my TV can to out magical stories for me into the wee hours of the morning.
The temp agency has not called or emailed me at all this week. It's almost like being unemployed again, but in a good way, because it's technically not my fault that I'm bumming around my house instead of out rockin' the corporate world.
