So, I've gained back the weight I lost during the summer. It's really bumming, but I can do it again.
I've become accepting of my figure, but when the pants I've been wearing for 3 years don't fit any more-- it's time to lose some.
I'm going on the Slimfast and Slimquick Diet I had over the summer. Slimquick when I wake up. Drink a Slimfast after half an hour with a piece of fruit (usually a banana). Eat good foods moderately throughout the day. Have a Slimfast when it's time for lunch and have some other fruit with it. Next set of Slimquick 6 hours after taking the first set. Moderate dinner.
The exercise portion will come once it's nice out and Jackie and I can go walking. :)
I'll be cuting out extra sugar in my tea and stuff. No sugar or cream in my tea. Maybe a splash of milk, but that's also a maybe. No chips. No fried food. I think when I'm at school, I'll have to deal with halves of turkey sandwiches with some mustard from the grill since NOTHING there is good for anyone, really. No eating after 8pm (excluding tomorrow when Danielle comes. :) )
