It took me much longer than expected to finish the book because of welcomed but unexpected visitors and the fact that I, being the overly-emotional female that I am, kept crying uncontrolably as Rowling killed off all my favorite characters

But yeah it ended well. I actually wished the epilogue was longer, and mentioned what some of the other characters were doing, like what Luna was doing, or who the headmaster was, etc.
