Birthday Presents
So this past weekend was my birthday. Yes. The whole weekend. It's my birthday and I can do what I want with it. :-P It was fantastic! Let's review:
It all started Wednesday night when Katie took me out for my birthday. She and I and several of my friends from work went down to Addison to Chaucer's International for their Super Wednesday Sushi Happy Hour, which was awesome. After sushi we went to Family Karaoke which was awesome as well. Fun was most definitely had.
Thursday night Max came in from Manhattan and we spent Friday running errands and hanging out. Saturday we went to the Arts and Jazz Festival, my first time to go in many years, and I got to see Anna! Then that night after much drama and a very good dinner by Katie, Angela came to visit and we all went to the bar for my birthday! Yay! I had a major good time drinking and seeing everyone.
And I woke up the next morning with a boyfriend! :) I am so happy. So so so happy. :) Sunday Max took me out for my birthday presents and I got a new UNT shirt and a legit copy of Casino Royale. I also picked myself up a copy of season one of House on DVD which is so totally awesome. Max also lent me his copy of season one of 24 so I have lots of TV watching to do. I'm looking forward to it.
Because I have a lot of down time nowadays. I have started working back at Carino's but other than that and a few plans down the road I have nothing going on. It'll be nice to relax though. :) I have appointments with UNT over the next few days to check on my graduate appliaction and hopefully everything is alright in that area. I really want to get back to school, how sad is that?
