Come out tonight, one and all! A steampunk, neo-Victorian ball at the Double Tree Hotel in Philadelphia from 8pm-12:00am. Patrons are encouraged to dress accordingly in their finest neo-Victorian, steampunk, Dandy, or black-tie attire.
