Please tell me you've all seen Fahrenheit 9/11. If not here is some reading material for you. It's kind of dated but it's all stuff you need to know about your president. I strongly suggest that anyone who has not already had their eyes opened to the hypocrisies and lies that our government has fed to us (whether it be from your own observations ( Read more... )

First of all, Bad Religion does not suck now so fuck YOU, Journey sucks. ;) And the fact that it is a Bad Religion quote is not the point. If you could pay attention to all the context the point is that Yes, the American Citizens that allowed him to stay and power and support his position are also half-retarded but that's the point that quote makes. It's not so much that they're all idiots just that they're apathetic. Everyone thinks someone else will do something about it so they don't just do it themselves.

About the war in Iraq: Another point was not the fact that there have been MORE deaths in other wars. (The fact that you can take human casualty so lightly is disturbing btw) The fact is that there shouldn't BE any Deaths in any war because there shouldn't BE a war anymore. On top of that, and the most important point I was attempting to make is that They wouldn't be dying if it wasn't for the fact that we have a primate 'running' [into the ground] our country presently. It's no joke that there are too many people on this planet, that is the reason there is so much stupidity. That is the reason that people like him are allowed to claw their way up so high in ranks.

Yes, the media likes to sensationalize things to make them worse but the point, once again, was not the death toll. The fact of the matter is that the media is not sensationalizing the right things. Why? Because it's all paid for. And if you think the media is sensationalizing the deaths of our troops and the Iraqis why weren't the caskets of our dead american soldiers coming home shown on the television?

Anyway, enough of this talk for now. I think everything that needs to be said about bush has been. Whatever happened the fact remains that he is a fool with a lot of friends and a lot of money and we're all 'hostages.' Until November.
