[ The feed clicks on, and there's a woman standing there, her gaze cast down towards the device. She's walking, and a few familiar locations from Discedo can be seen - the spires of the church behind her, the graveyard. She stops just shy of the park, and settles the device down for a second, looking up at her surroundings

If someone hasn't gotten to you by now, you stay right there and I'll come get you.

[Prussia sounds annoyed already, mostly because she's torn between utter relief at seeing one of her closest friends and wanting to just go pull her stupid French hair for being stupid enough to get stuck here. Stupid.]

[ Uugh, why did it have to be German. Marianne is switching to French simply to spite you, Prusse. ]

Fine, I am here. When are you going to get here?

Ten minutes. [The view France gets is shaky, clearly someone ditching the communicator to tug on her boots so she can go out.] Don't be so impatient. My God, you're not the one who has to put up with two of you now.

[ That is good enough, as long as it means she will be rescued soon. She plays the damsel in distress all too well. ]

Ten minutes! What if I get attacked on these streets? This could be my demise, mon amie, and you are chastising me for being impatient!

[ She frowns a moment. ]

Ahh, two of me?

Yes, two of you. As if you didn't give me headache enough.

[Finished with her boots, Prussia grabs the communicator and strides for the door, calling out a 'West, I'm going to rescue France, be right back' as she goes, before returning her attention to her old and irritating friend.]

And is it my imagination or have you gotten entirely more useless since I last saw you?

A-ah, so I see... [ So - that had been the gentleman that had contacted her...things are starting to come together for Marianne, slowly but surely. Still, finding out that she has a male counterpart is...concerning. She's quiet for a moment, looking around at her surroundings, waiting rather impatiently. ]

I am hardly useless, Prusse! I'm very much...ah, the opposite! I am very useful, ouais, when I do...know where I am.

If you're so useful, you wouldn't have to complain about possibly getting attacked.

Just... stay put. I'll find you soon. [Prussia switches the communication off, then, and sticks it in her pocket. It won't be long before she's showing up where she expects France to be, in her typical tall-boots, short-skirt get-up with her hair a typical mess, simply from her little jaunt out.]

[ And France is somewhere beside the church, looking awfully out of sorts, with heels way too high for wandering around unstable terrain. She practically looks like she could hug you when you arrive, dear Prusse. ]

[ However, she deigns to hit you lightly instead. ]

I don't have any weapons! No guns, no knives, no anything! Of course I would be worried about being attacked.

[Prussia ignores the hit entirely in favour of sweeping France into a hug, which is pretty much not optional at this point. It's not exactly her standard method of greeting, but she's been through enough in her short time here that she's both livid and utterly relieved to have her old friend here.]

You idiot. [She could not possibly be more fond with that insult.]

[ She's nearly knocked over by the hug, and her somewhat crass defenses melt entirely, her arms coming up to pull Prussia close. ]

I- am not an idiot. [ She mutters, but gives up the irritation in favor of stepping back, making certain the other nation looks fine, looks okay. ]

Of course you are. [For a moment, just a moment, Prussia looks like a sullen, lost little child, before she steels herself.]

You're trapped here with the rest of us, aren't you? It's so very like you to show up the few places I never want you to be.

[madamefatale]

No more of one than you are, ma belle. [ She sighs, and crosses her arms over her chest. ]

I suppose I am. Trust me, I do not think I wanted to be here either.

Fine, then, we're both idiots. Does that make it any better?

[ Oh, she wishes. ] Non, it does not make it any better at all.
