Febuary first..what a day to snow.
What better way to start the month than to have it snow mercilessly, canceling school (which in Utah is a big deal there has to be a ton of snow for that to happen), and taking away my work hours! Every other day I have had to snow, and yesterday the front steps were completely clear of snow and ice free. Urgh. I hate shoveling, and I hate not having my work hours.
On the bright side, 2 months until my birthday (I am counting down, I'm crazy), I'm trying to get in shape for this 10k that is for the preservation of farmland but I might do the 5k if I don't feel ready and I already look a ton better, and I've lost 5+ pounds.
Ricky and I are signing up for this "IPod kiss-off" on the 7th. The rules are we hold an IPod between our lips and hold it for as long as we can and if we win we (which means I) get a new IPod Nano. Hopefully we do, it sounds fun. We have yet to register though, so hopefully there's spots available.
