From GEF? Why Not!
Thur 22 - Going off to GEF, well not quite, you see it was an incredibly tight schedule and with Myrtles going to the Doctors, I actually spent the day airing the tent and making a guinea pig run for my new babies, yes me and tom have acquired three guinea piggies. You see Toms cousin is going away to live in America, and her family cant take them. So our Animal Farm has become bigger. We have gained Rosie, syrup and Treacle, and they love to squeak! So I and tom spent the day with coffees watching them in the run then we watched Stardust with Pizzas and fell asleep!
Fri 23 - Actually off to GEF! We had already packed the car and we were ready to zoom off into the unknown, it was marvellous! Set up everything rather early and helped out with things, though we had to wait for Andy and the tent it was worth it, when we got shelter and food. Shelter and food, and of course hot water that is what kept Uzzzzzzz going throughout the weekend! I did a small amount of RP but nothing spectacular on the Friday, it was more setup and chatting!
Sat 24 - The uzzzzzzz tent moved 6 foot all on its own that has to be worth pointing out! What an interesting day for Runz, in the day she did a bit of guild duty, although it was cut a little short due to weather and well more weather. However in a flash of nice weather I had a snooze in the sun next to Delaari! Not a good idea at all especially when the scene is set, several people asleep around Delaari who is sat in the middle eating peaches, well I don’t believe peter could resist! We all had personal dreams, never a good thing and runz’s naturally ended up with a certain snakie bastard entering her thoughts once more! This brought on an interesting chat with Delaari later on in the night, in which finally players put 2 and 2 together and made 4! Shock horror players getting things right! Also in the night a bear I believe decided that he liked Beastkin…. No really LIKED Beastkin. He asked runz for her hand in marriage and after several brutal explaining we sent the poor drunk guy on a mission to go get runz a ring! Apparently he was seen the day after and apologised to the jackal gate guards who asked us about him… bless, Oh also Saturday we started with the EGGIE BREAD! And mad old shaman sang her barriman song, which creased me up no end. We really need to get that written down, it was marvellous!
Sun 25 - It was so incredibly windy so so incredibly cold and windy, but we enjoyed ourselves, The Jackals had their muster/meeting with uzzzzzzz, in our tent which they thanked uzzzzzzz for, that was nice. Tom was ill, he walked to the militia and threw up then walked back to the uzzzzzzz tent, but the militia came and did some official business. And when asked if we knew if they were real militia, people looked most shocked when we invited them in to the uzzzzzzz tent and called them by there own names. Runz now has research to do for the militia, Beastkin and south isle and the militia and all that jazz! Took Morgan to play in the ‘IC crèche’, the bloke running the place’s words not mine, and played a little hook a duck. Won some PIGGAHS! And met denny, was quite amusing to hear him say “oooh look lads animal snap, now I know what we will be doing tonight”! So now we know what the trannies do at night! Well after mad old shaman went on a little visit to the ancestral city. And well gruff was pushing for it Sunday night became Moglu night and although it co-incided with corrins death, it was a rather happy occasion. We got a dancing leopard, and had a wedding and everything was very gooooood, we even managed an evening with Tapper later on. Added to some Jackal singing about his Rocks!
Mon 26 - Far to windy! Went and saw the guilds and brought up the militia stuff, heard about the embargo on the trannies and then marched up to the camp and went home. Slept
Tue 27 - Slept for most of it, caught up on the GEF stuff online, didn’t do much more than that
Wed 28 to Sat 31- worked, although found out that I should be getting a promotion at the hut and as soon as I am signed off properly I can start doing peoples reviews and organizing team days and things so quite chuffed with that, its not quite manager but its nearly there!
Sun 1 - Didn’t do much Sunday cleared a little space in the bedroom with then intent of cleaning it properly but it didn’t work like that!
Mon 2- went to Skegness with tom, it was nice to get out of the house and although now I am full of cold and feel rather shitty I enjoyed myself, even to the point of playing the ‘drum hero’ game and practicing my dagger boy skills! Was plentiful fun!
Tue 3 - that’s today, well I have written this and sneezed an awful lot other than that nothing is really going on. Me thinks that today its all about super noodles and attempting a little more tidying!
