This week:
Monday - Training w/ Jake - highlight: 180 squat
Tuesday - sick as hell
Wednesday - training w/ Jake - highlight: 135 dead lift w/ hex! *flex*
Thursday - 1,750 step ups (1,000 at 40 mins)
Friday - 500 steps ups,100 burpees, 120 squats - step ups cut into 100s w/ burpees (20x 5)
Goal?
2,000 step ups (previously set to by end of February - I'm gonna pass this quicker tho)
20 burpees and be able to keep wind (End of March?)
I also need to start working on elevated push ups.
