- Monday - w/ trainer Jake. Lots of testing to see where I'm at after a month off of training.
- Tuesday - 1,000 step-ups. 200 right leg, 200 left leg, 200 alternating, 200 v-step, 200 backwards
- Wednesday - w/ Jake. Squats w/ 45s, lunges w/ 25lbs over head, bench 25s (x3), back burnout starting at 80, chest burn out starting at 40 (x2), tri's & bis (30 & 17.5)(x3 or 4)
- Thursday - 1,000 step-up Thursday! (see above)
- Friday - 500 Friday! 100 alternating step-ups, 10 bosu balance push-ups, 100 alt step ups, 20 bosu balance squats, 100 alt step ups, 20 sumo squats, 100 v-step ups, 10 bosu push-ups, 100 backwards alt step ups, 15 burpees w/ bosu. Followed by 25 bi curls w/ 10s, then 25 bi curls with 8's. Then 25 mins of hold for hold chains wrestling w/ Tyler
- Saturday (tomorrow aka later today) - everything is dependent
- Sunday - off
