Winter Break day 1

What an odd feeling to wake up in the morning and not feel the pressure to do something that needs to be done. So, of course, I hit the gym. Let me tell you, 2 weeks off the gym and I nearly vomitted on my first time back. Then again I was working myself out which I do much more hardcore than when I am with others. Only did 3/4 the workout because I knew I was going again later, this included mtn climbers, push ups, squatting 135, running with 45 pounds lifted above my head, stepups holding 50 pounds, and 30/35 pound dumb bell swings - *flex* That's more than the girl in my icon is doing ;) This was at 11pm...

5pm I went to a turbo kickboxing class. Wow! What used to kill me and left me drenched is like a warm up to me now! It was like nothing. I sweat a lot, don't get me wrong, but not nearly as much as I used to PLUS I kept my cardio the whole time. I never hit labored breathing. Which just goes to show I have some leaps and bounds since this summer! The workout that almost make me vomit was a cardio/weight mix, kinda like crossfit so ya, either I just wasn't ready (i also felt dehydrated) or I tried to do too much too quick, or I pushed too hard....Oh, I should add I have 2 gym memberships now, one at 24-Hour and one at the gym in Santa Paula! So, choices and ability to run and get a quick workout in if want be!

Tomorrow, wrestling show! Promo pics + Tyler is contending for the IWL Anarchy Championship. Bam!
