Sooooooooo, time to update! I partially love the first week of school because there's little to no schoolwork and classes are way interesting. I partially loathe the first the of school because it's when Student Housing is way busy! But it's all good. I was partially (is that the new word of the day?) relived that tomorrow is Friday, but then I remembered that tomorrow I go oncall for a week. Crappity crap crap!
The low schoolwork for the past couple days meant that I got to entertain guests at my apt. My cousin Kelly, my brother Jamie, and his girlfriend Aggie just left today after 48 hours of fun in Davis! Considering all of them had been to Davis before, I was even more strapped to find things to show them. But all in all it worked out a-ok. A big bunch of my friends went to Little Prauge last night and it was nice for my family to meet my friends yet again. And the shenanigans were never ending as usual - Chris with his fake undershirt and wearing a scarf and freaking my brother out, Jamie giving everyone 5 reasons why he's better than me, Michelle and her boob shirt, my cousin getting trashed, Aggie getting hassled about her out-of-state license, etc. Haha.
In other Student Housing news, the Tercero DC (Dining Commons) is finally open for business, and it is delicious! I love having food so close to me again. More seitan fajitas for me!
Time for my "Global Climate Change" class! I seriously love the classes that Davis has to offer! Here are my other classes for the quarter (like you care):
