(no subject)
More music guilty pleasure stuff:
Did you ever hear that one sappy song on the radio over and over, and the first time you thought to yourself, "God, this song is so dumb", but the more you listen to it, the more you liked it, and the more you hated yourself for liking it? Yea, that's sort of the way I feel about some songs out there right now. Like the Photograph song (sorry that I don't know any actual names to songs or artists, I'm not good at that). The one that goes "Look at this photograph, everytime I do it makes me laugh...". You know the one I'm talking about. Well I got so bored today as to look up the lyrics and they actually are quite classy and deep. So I guess this means I like the song, therefore proving the existence that I have feelings and that I still have bad taste in music. Go figure.
Maybe one of my New Year's Resolutions will be to get a better taste in music. Also, when I went back and did that LJ thing where you write the first sentence of the first post of every month I ended up getting all these really boring sentences like "Soooooo, what can I talk about?" or "So this weekend was fun." So maybe another New Year's Resolution will be to have better first sentences in my LJ. Is it too soon to be thinking about New Year's Resolutions yet?
