(no subject)
Camp's over.
This summer in math terms:
- I showered 12 times in 8 weeks (classy, I know).
- Down an ipod and a laptop.
- My first time doing a keg stand (ended quite funny actually).
- I listened to "Hollaback Girl" and "Since U Been Gone" too many times to count.
- Bought about 10 new pairs of athletic shorts.
- Sweated completely through a staff shirt almost every day.
- Spent way more on cheap beer than I should have.
- Cried many more times this summer than past ones, both for good and bad.
- Got a lot closer to already close friends (Sean, Laura, Billy O) and got closer as well to some classy folks (Colleen, Billy J, Danny).
- Got pantsed twice in front of the kids.
- Threw up only once (after the above mentioned keg stand).
- Read lots of classy books.
- Watched all 22 episodes of the first season of McGyver.
All in all, a fitting close to one of the best summers of my life. I actually tried to write the story of my first summer at Camp Konocti, but it just wasn't turning out well. Writing is actually very cathartic though! Is "cathartic" a word or what? Help me out English majors.
The next week consists of time at my cabin at the Russian River. Then a week at home, then back up to Davis! I can't wait!
